Finally got back to my hectic working life... which every bit in me is reluctant to...

I realised that I've beginning to hate work... like I was being thrown into it without a choice.

I don't want to see my class, not even the children, the parents, my boss, the way to work...

I know I'm beginning to sound like a rotten spoilt kid but I'm also puzzled as to why I'm so hating work now...

I thought I'll manage to warm up to all this after yesterday's orientation but I was just so overwhelmed by it all...

But I am thankful for all the help I've gotten from some people, guess the only thing now is to buck myself up... Be confident!!! Bu yao pa!!!! I can do it!

Anime Fair & Bang Bang Tang

Went to the Suntec Anime Fair last Saturday with Zhi Hao & his friend who is a super anime addict. Was a little disappointed though as I expected more... but still I was rewarded at the very end wahaha Took plenty of pics but too lazy to upload them all...

Kunio!!! (lead singer of Superband Yi Shi Jie) A very tall and nice guy.. humble and of cos quite good looking haha
Bang Bang Tang Autograph session on 23rd Nov Sunday

Went for work at 7.45 because of the minister visit to Boon lay... turn out to be quite interesting and fun~

Went to Jiamin's block to borrow cam as mine is spoilt. Thanks Jiamin!

Went home at about 1pm to get changed and went for the Bang Bang Tang Autograph session with my sister at about 1.20pm.

Reach the IMM Garden Plaza at about 2pm and I was shocked to see so many people were already queuing up already!!!!! Another biggest shock was it was out in the alfresco... no aircon :/

Anyway the autograph session only start at 6pm so I got me and my sis the necessary stuffs for the 4 hours wait.

Was very disappointed cos I couldn't get a single good picture as I'm such a lousy photographer... and the fact that they were constantly moving about. Also, the organiser have them go straight for the autograph session, so no performance from them:/

What I find rewarding after more than 6 hours wait was getting a closeup look at them during the autograph session. I managed to shake hands with all 6 of them. Xiao Jie & Ao Quan left me the deepest impression as they seemed to be very sincere.

I was looking forward to meeting Wei Lian, and I called his name when it was his turn to sign my album.

He wasn't very friendly like Ao Quan (the nicest), and he hold up his left hand to me while he's busy signing without looking up. After he's done, he looked up and gave me a quick smile. Maybe he was used to all these form of tatics.

I realised after the autograph session how much a handshake can really mean. It can give people a deep and nice impression of you by your handshake. Ao Quan's handshake was firm and he maintained eye contact with a smile. It would make u feel that all the wait was worth it.

Still, I am very happy to be able to see them up closed and have brief contact with each of them:)
(I grabbed each of their hands briefly with both hands)

And in terms of who looked better off camera, mmm... I think it's Ao Quan and Xiao Yu. Wan Zi looked rather different. Wei Lian looked almost the same as his pictures featured on the magazines.

Anyway this is my first time attending such an event and I was really happy even though I'm having a terrible backache now:)

they signed really fast until some of the members were so blur that they forgot to pass on to the next member and I helped them to (from Ao Quan to Wei Lian). I hope I can freeze time!!!

I wonder how is it like being a celebrity?:)

Sorry for going MIA for more than 2 months:)

Some updates:)

1) I'm not resigning anymore. reason confidential lol

2)I'm teaching K1 next year

3)I find myself practically working from mon to sun, even though it's the holidays now.

4)I'm starstruck these few days~

5)The end of year concert is finally over!!!! being an emcee sure is a stressful job

6)Sigh, why working le still have to take courses-.-" it's good for me i know but a torture too

Teacher's Day Celebration

Celebrated Teacher's Day for the first time as a teacher... wahahaha =D

Was so surprised when the children gave me presents when I least expected from them... even though they makes me mad, drain out my energy... still... it touches my heart to the core when I received presents from them...

A couple of them were even too shy to pass it to me and keep alternate between stealing glances at me and looking down at the present he was supposed to give me ><

My presents!!! I love receiving flowers and chocolates!

The cutest part is... even before i opened the presents the children already told me what was inside... LOL

Teacher's Day Dinner

Held at the Bukit Batok Civil Club (i think)

All the teachers were dressed to the nine...

I showed up in a white layered dress..

It turned out to be very fun (not the least i was expecting it to be)

And then there was lucky draw... and finally...

I won a prize!!!!!!!!!! (hope my luck changes for the better now)

It's a food steamer... LOL!

There was also a karaoke session but mostly hokkien songs were sang... so it was a really entertaining night... looking forward to the next Teacher's Day!!!!

P.S Our precious LITTLE princess LEE JIA MIN sent me a sweet HAPPY TEACHER'S DAY MSG HOR!!!!!!!

Japanese Summer Festival

Went to the Japanese Summer Festival with Charis, Pei Shian and her friends at Changi Japanese Primary school yesterday

Held once a year and rains every year on this day, it drew a such crowd... about 2000 ppl i guess!

Mine was the butterfly... it was suppose to last for 2 weeks but mine was gone within 2 hours!

There were people dressed in yukata and kimonos!!! and they looked so beautiful! How i wish i could afford to buy a set of the sakura kimono ><

Will be going there again next year!!! Wearing a kimono or a yukata!!!! =D
