The Little Skool House

Received a call from an unknown lady 2 days ago...

i couldn't hear her very well as she was talking in a really strong accent and there was background noises.

She told me I was accepted into the Little RAFFLES school house at Raffles place as an assistant teacher...

My first reaction was: WAH! Ang moh kids???? And I was pretty worried too...

I searched for the school in the internet and indeed I was starting to believe that my nightmare was really coming true...

True, i find ang moh kids very cute but then i have never taught them and that i'll be more comfortable with our local NTUC kids.

So i have a couple of sleepless nights because of this....

Then today, I have a feeling that i better call the centre to confirm the location again... cos I apply via NTUC website... how can they send me to an angmoh school???

I was right.... the principal told me it was THE LITTLE SKOOL HOUSE. -.-" Under NTUC Childcare but it caters to the middle and high income group... And she asked if i could work full time instead of part time.

sigh.....

I wonder who was on the line 2 days ago....

Am i disappointed??? A little ba... cos i was brainwashing myself the past 2 days that angmoh kids are very cute... their english standard very good blah blah...

And now i can't get to see them >.<

Beeen very busy these past few nights setting up my blog business... so many things to do... so little time >.<

Starting work tomorrow le... i hope the kids are nice to me.... cos i am starting to miss my NTUC kids now!!! ><

Ryan!!! Rimus!!!! Darian!!! Tammy!!!! Rika!!!! and the list goes on...
